Raynie Andrewsen

Raynie is a passionate writer, editor, and advocate dedicated to raising awareness about hyperemesis gravidarum (HG)—a pregnancy condition that is often misunderstood and overlooked. As the author of Letters to Zane, she shares her deeply personal journey of surviving HG, offering hope and validation to others who have faced the same struggle.

With a background in storytelling, content creation, and publishing, Raynie has been featured in San Diego Family Magazine and the Reno News & Review for her work in shedding light on maternal health issues. She is committed to helping others tell their stories, whether through memoir writing, editing, or self-publishing support.

Beyond her writing, Raynie is an advocate for HG research and awareness, working to ensure that no woman suffering from this debilitating condition feels alone or unheard.

When she’s not writing, you can find her exploring new creative projects, supporting fellow authors, or spending time with her family.
